These charges are set by your local customs authority and vary from country to country. They’re not controlled or charged by Gymshark.
‼️ Please note: For delivery to the Netherlands, there are no Customs and Import charges. Orders are shipped from within the EU.

Will I be charged?
Not always. Some countries have higher thresholds before charges apply, and some parcels may pass through without incurring any fees. However, it’s best to be prepared just in case.
Customs fees may still apply even if your order value is below the customs-free threshold, depending on local regulations or courier policies.
My parcel is being held at Customs
If your tracking shows a customs hold or your parcel appears stuck at a customs facility, follow these steps:
Wait for a notification from your courier — they'll contact you by email or text with the amount owed and instructions to pay.
Pay the customs fee via the link or method your courier provides. If you're unsure whether a payment link is genuine, see the section below.
Once paid, delivery usually resumes within a few working days, though this varies by country and courier.
If your parcel has been held for more than 5 working days with no payment request from your courier, contact them directly using the tracking link in your dispatch email. Gymshark cannot chase customs releases — this is managed entirely by the courier and your local customs authority.
How do I know if the payment link I've received is genuine?
If customs fees apply, your courier will email you a payment link. Not sure if it’s genuine? Reach out to our Customer Support team, and they’ll be happy to check it for you.
If you cannot locate the payment link, contact your courier directly to resolve the issue. If you choose not to pay the fees, the order will be returned to Gymshark. Notify Gymshark with proof of the return to facilitate a refund.
