📦 How do I track my order?
As soon as your items have been shipped, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Gymshark Order is on its way”.
This email will include your tracking link, so you can follow your order’s journey right through to delivery.
📦 Ordered multiple items?
Your order may be split into separate parcels, each with its own tracking link.
✅ Before reaching out, check your inbox for multiple dispatch emails.

If you’ve got your tracking number or your order number and email, simply use the button below to track your order 👇
You might see delays due to:
Customs checks
Delivery issues (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address)

📦 Order hasn't been dispatched. When will I receive my tracking number?
If your order shows as “In Progress”, it’s currently being picked and packed in our warehouse.
Dispatch times can vary depending on your chosen shipping method
We’re unable to provide an exact dispatch time
❌ My shipping timeframe has passed. What to do:
If your shipping timeframe has passed and there’s still no update, please contact our Customer Support team so we can look into it.
🚚 Order has been dispatched, but tracking hasn’t updated
Allow 24–48 hours for your first tracking update — this is completely normal, unless you selected next-day delivery and placed your order before the cut-off time.
In some cases, updates may take a little longer, especially during busy periods or while your parcel is moving through the delivery network.
If you’ve chosen next-day delivery and there are still no updates, please reach out to our Customer Support team, and we’ll look into it for you.
🇺🇸 UPS SurePost (US orders)
If your parcel is sent via UPS SurePost:
Tracking may pause during transit
The parcel is handed to USPS for final delivery
✅ This is normal — your order is still on the way.
📅 5+ working days with no updates?
If your tracking hasn’t moved after 5 working days, please contact Customer Support, and we’ll investigate.
🌍 Extended tracking timelines (US territories)
For deliveries to:
Puerto Rico
Hawaii
US Virgin Islands
Guam
APO/FPO addresses
Please allow 14+ days for tracking updates before reaching out.
🔁 Exchanges not dispatched?
If your exchange hasn’t shipped within 7 days of processing, please contact Customer Support for help.
📍Tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my order
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have your parcel, please check:
With neighbours or others at your address
Around your property (porch, behind bins, side gate, etc.)
For a courier card or app notification showing a safe place or neighbour delivery
If you’ve checked everything above and your order is still missing:
👉 Please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll raise this with the courier for you.
