How to Return an Item - UK 🇬🇧

Everything you need to know about returning an item to Gymshark from the mainland UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Gibraltar. Including in-store returns

Need to make a return or swap something? No worries - we've got you covered. Here's everything you need to know about returning or exchanging items purchased from our UK store, app, or one of our retail locations.

If you placed your order through our UK online store (uk.gymshark.com), the Gymshark App, or one of our stores, you can start your return via our Online Returns Portal.

Please note: Store policies may vary. Some in-store purchases may not be eligible for online returns. Check in-store signage or your receipt for the store's specific Returns Policy.

FREE RETURNS - MAINLAND UK

There’s no charge to return your items. We’ve got the costs covered.

HOW TO RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - MAINLAND UK

To make an online return from mainland UK, head to our Returns Portal and follow the steps below:

  1. Start your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Select the item(s) you're returning or exchanging, and let us know why.

  3. Choose your return method — you'll also see your nearest drop-off point, and the option to return directly to one of our retail stores if you're in the UK.

  4. Depending on your method, you may need to download and print a returns label or use a QR code for a printerless return.

  5. If you're using a returns label, remove or cover the original delivery label and attach the new one. For printerless options, simply present your QR code at the drop-off point.

IF YOU'VE REQUESTED AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE NOTE:

  • Stock isn't immediately reserved, so your requested item(s) may no longer be available when your return arrives.

  • If this happens, you'll automatically be refunded for the item(s) back to your original payment method.

  • The delivery address for exchanges cannot be changed — your exchange will always be sent to the same address as your original order.

UK MAINLAND RETURN TIMEFRAME

  • Allow up to 8 days for your parcel to reach us.

  • Once received, our warehouse team will check and process your return within 7 days.

  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to clear with your bank.


JERSEY & GUERNSEY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Go to our Returns Portal to start your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Enter your order number (for example, #RW123456) and your postcode or email address.

    • Make sure these details match exactly as shown on your order confirmation.

  3. Select the item(s) you're sending back and let us know the reason for your return.

  4. Pick your preferred return method and follow the on-screen steps in the portal.

  5. Depending on the method you select, you may need to:

    • Download and attach a return label, or

    • Show a QR code when you drop your parcel off.

  6. Drop your parcel off at your chosen location.

    • Please allow up to 28 days for your return to reach us. Once it arrives at our warehouse, our team will check and process it within 7 days.

  7. We'll send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed

    • Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be issued back to your original payment method.

ISLE OF MAN & GIBRALTAR

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Securely pack your items - ideally using the original packaging your order arrived in within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Clearly write your order number (for example, #RW123456) and the return address below on the front of your parcel:

  3. Send your parcel back to us using your chosen courier.

    • Please make sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep hold of it until your refund has been received.

    • Any returns shipping or customs/import fees will be your responsibility to cover.

  4. Allow up to 28 days for your return to reach us.

    • Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, our team will check and process it within 7 days.

    • We’ll send you an email notification once your return has been processed.

    • Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be issued back to your original payment method.


MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN-STORE

I PURCHASED AN ITEM IN-STORE

You'll need a valid receipt to process any return or exchange.

If your desired item isn't in stock, we can either:

  • Refund to your original payment method, or

  • Issue an e-gift card.

If the original payment method isn't available, the refund will be applied to a gift card instead.

No receipt? You may still be eligible for an exchange only, at the manager's discretion.

CAN I RETURN ONLINE ORDERS IN-STORE?

If you'd like to drop your online return/exchange off in store:

  • You must have selected this option in the Returns Portal.

  • Bring the items and the QR code provided in your confirmation email to the store.

  • Alternatively, you can bring in your items without pre-registering in the Returns Portal

If you've already started your return in the portal, we recommend continuing that process for faster handling.

If you'd like to exchange in store and the item is available, you'll be issued an e-gift card via email while in store. You can use this online or in any UK Gymshark store.

If the item you want isn't in stock, we can:

  • Process a refund to your original payment method, or

  • Issue an e-gift card.

For purchases made using both card and gift card, refunds are applied to the gift card first.
