HOW DOES IT WORK?

Referring your friends is quick and easy:

  1. Shop your favourite ‘fits on gymshark.com or via the Gymshark app.

  2. After your purchase, follow the Refer a Friend steps or use the link below.

  3. Share your unique referral link via email, text or social media.

  4. When your friend places their first order of £50/$50+, they’ll get a discount – and you’ll get a reward too!

REFERRED A FRIEND FAQ'S

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REWARD?

You’ll get your reward via email within minutes of your friend completing their first qualifying order (£50/$50+) using the app or website.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I REFER?

There’s no limit! The more you refer, the more you earn – as long as each friend is a new Gymshark customer and places a qualifying order.

WHAT IF MY FRIEND CANCELS THEIR ORDER?

If your friend cancels, the reward will not apply to either of you. Only completed purchases of ÂŁ50/$50+ count.

WHEN DOES MY REFERRAL CODE EXPIRE?

Your code is valid for 60 days from the date it’s issued – so don’t wait too long to use it!

WHY DOESN'T MY REWARD CODE WORK?

  • You can only use one code per order. If another code has already been applied at checkout, your referral code won't be accepted.

  • Referral codes can’t be stacked with other promotions.

WHAT DOES MY FRIEND NEED TO DO WITH THE REFERRAL LINK?

They simply:

  1. Click on your unique link.

  2. Enter their email address.

  3. They’ll receive their reward code via email to use on their first order of £50/$50+.

MY FRIEND ORDERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REWARD - WHY?

This could be due to:

  1. Different email addresses: Your friend may have used a different email to order than they did to claim the referral.

  2. Incorrect name entry: If they clicked "Been referred by a friend?" and entered your name differently, the system may not match you.

  3. Reward threshold reached: You might’ve hit the limit of rewards available in a set time. Please see the full Terms & Conditions.

CAN I REFER SOMEONE WHO'S ALREADY SHOPPED AT GYMSHARK?

No – the programme is for new customers only. If your friend has already placed an order with us before, neither of you will receive the reward.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARD?

Two easy ways:

  1. Click the link sent by your friend and follow the steps to get your discount code.

  2. Add your favourite items to your basket and click ‘Been referred by a friend?’ at checkout. Enter your friend’s name to get your code.

WHY WON'T MY CODE WORK?

  • Your basket must total ÂŁ50/$50 or more (excluding shipping).

  • Only one discount code can be used per order.

  • Referral codes can’t be combined with other promotions.
