Pickup Point Delivery: How It Works

How to select pickup point delivery at checkout, what to bring when collecting your order, and what happens if you don't collect in time.

Pickup point delivery lets you collect your order from a convenient local location, such as a parcel locker, parcel shop, or relay point - instead of having it delivered to your home.

📦 Where is pickup point delivery available?

Pickup point options are available in the following regions. Select your region to see what's offered:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

Two pickup point options are available for UK mainland orders (England, Wales, and Scotland):

24/7 InPost Collect

  • Estimated delivery: 5–6 days (England & Wales), 5–7 days (Scotland)

  • Cost: £2.99 (England & Wales), £2.99 (Scotland)

  • Free for orders over £50

  • UK mainland only

Evri Parcelshop

  • Estimated delivery: 5–6 days (England & Wales), 5–7 days (Scotland)

  • Cost: £2.99 (England & Wales), £2.99 (Scotland)

  • Free for orders over £50

  • UK mainland only

🇫🇷 France

Relay Point

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days

  • Cost: €4.99 (free for orders over €59)

  • Deliveries to relay points happen Tuesday – Saturday

  • You must show the QR code from your delivery notification email to collect your order

🇪🇸 Spain

Inpost

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days

  • Cost: €6.00 (free for orders over €50)

🇵🇱 Poland

Inpost

  • Estimated delivery: 6–8 working days

  • Cost: €6.00 (free for orders over €75)

🇳🇱 Netherlands

Budbee Box

  • Estimated delivery: 4–6 working days

  • Cost: €5 (free for orders over €55)

🇫🇮 Finland

Budbee Box

Estimated delivery time:

  • Finland: 7–10 working days

You'll receive a notification with collection instructions once your parcel arrives at the pickup point.


🛒 How do I choose a pickup point at checkout?

Where available, pickup point delivery will appear as an option at checkout. Select it and, depending on your region, you may be able to choose a specific location from a map or list of nearby points.

You'll need to bring a valid form of ID when collecting your order.

Valid forms of ID are listed here.

If your email address was entered incorrectly, contact Evri Customer Service. After verifying your identity, they can provide you with the authentication code or QR code needed to collect your parcel.

10 days

Inpost

You can collect your parcel using the QR code sent via email or text message, with no ID required.

Alternatively, you can use the InPost app to open the locker directly without touching the screen.

3 days

France

Mondial Relay

To collect your order, you'll need to present the QR code included in your delivery notification.

5 days

Spain & Poland

Inpost

To collect your order, you'll need to present the QR code included in your delivery notification.

3 days - can be extended through the app

Netherlands & Finland

Budbee

To collect your parcel, you'll usually need your mobile phone and the unique 6-digit PIN or QR code sent to you by SMS or through the Budbee app.

Your parcel will be stored in the locker for 3 days. You can extend the collection period by an additional 3 days at any time using Budbee Customer Service or your tracking link.

If the parcel is not collected within the allowed time, it will be returned to the warehouse. Once returned, you’ll have 10 days to arrange a new delivery at no extra cost.

💡 Your delivery notification email will always confirm exactly what you need to bring to collect your parcel.


📦 What happens if I don't collect in time?

If your parcel isn't collected within the hold period, it will be returned to our warehouse. If this happens, please contact our Customer Support team.
