Gymshark Loyalty Terms and Conditions (February 2025)
These are the terms and conditions upon which we provide Gymshark Loyalty to you.
Please read these terms carefully before signing up. These terms tell you what you need to know about Gymshark Loyalty. We may revise these terms and conditions without notice by publishing revised terms and conditions on our website or apps. The terms and conditions published on the website or apps at the time you place an order or redeem points will govern that purchase.
So - if you are happy - click “Join the club” to confirm that you have read and understood these terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms - you are going to have to miss out on using Gymshark Loyalty.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
1.1 Who we are. For customers based outside of the United States, Gymshark Loyalty is provided by Gymshark Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 08130873, and whose registered address is at GSHQ Blythe Valley Park, 3 Central Boulevard, Solihull, United Kingdom, B90 8AB, and whose registered VAT number is GB152119636. For customers based in the United States, Gymshark Loyalty is provided by Gymshark USA Inc, a company incorporated and registered in Delaware under file number 7520461, whose registered address is at 1675 South State Street, Suite B, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901.
1.2 How to contact us. You can contact us at gymshark.com/contact and/or via the support section on our e-comm app (known as the Gymshark App on the App Store) (the “app”).
1.3 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will send an email to the email address you provided to us during account set up.
2. Join Gymshark Loyalty
2.1 What we provide. Gymshark Loyalty rewards customers with XP when they shop, share, and show up. The more you earn, the higher you’ll climb in the loyalty tiers unlocking exclusive benefits along the way.
2.2 How to join
2.2.1 You can enroll into Gymshark Loyalty by clicking “Join the Club” after either logging into your existing account or creating a new account when prompted on our website or apps. Only one account is permitted per customer. If you do not want to enroll, then you will be able to continue using our website and apps as usual without accepting Gymshark Loyalty.
2.2.2 It is free to join Gymshark Loyalty, no purchase is necessary.
2.3 How to access Gymshark Loyalty. You can access Gymshark Loyalty via your Gymshark account.
2.4 Exclusions. Please note that you will not be able to use your Gymshark account and/or Gymshark Loyalty at any of our events, pop-up or temporary retail stores, or at any departments stores or retail stores operated by third parties.
2.5 Other Applicable Terms. Your use of Gymshark Loyalty via our websites and apps will be subject to our terms and conditions of use, and all purchases made via your Gymshark account using Gymshark Loyalty will be subject to our terms and conditions of sale. 3. Eligibility
3.1 We provide Gymshark Loyalty for your personal use only.
3.2 Age. To join Gymshark Loyalty, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may participate in Gymshark Loyalty only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
3.3 Territory. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to or operate Gymshark Loyalty in the following countries https://support.gymshark.com/en-US/article/delivery-information.
3.4 Other restrictions. Staff and/or contractors may join Gymshark Loyalty however will not be eligible for any rewards.
4. Earning XP
What is XP? XP are experience points that you may earn via Gymshark Loyalty by shopping, sharing, or showing up with Gymshark.
4.2 Value of XP
4.2.1 Points accrue in the UK pound equivalent.
4.2.2 Customers can earn XP on every qualifying purchase (for UK customers 10XP = £1, for US customers 8XP = $1 USD, for CA customers 6XP = $1 CAD, and for AU/NZ customers 5XP = $1 AUD). Qualifying purchase excludes gift cards, taxes, fees, and shipping charges etc.
4.2.3 The more XP a customer earns, the higher they will climb in the tiers (outlined below) that unlock additional benefits.
4.2.4 Customers can earn XP by engaging and shopping with Gymshark as outlined herehttps://www.gymshark.com/pages/loyalty-overview.
4.3 Legacy XP. Customers who join between 1st February 2025 and 1st June 2025 inclusive (“Legacy Qualifying Period”) will earn XP on every qualifying purchase made from and including 1 January 2024 up to and including 31st December 2024 . XP will be awarded on the total purchase value, excluding any amounts paid for shipping, taxes, or other non-product related charges. Only the purchase price of goods will be considered for earning XP. Customers who join Gymshark Loyalty outside of the Legacy Qualifying Period will not have the benefit of this limited time offer.
4.4 XP Expiration. Accrued points will expire with 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as not earning any points or making a qualifying purchase on our website or app using Gymshark Loyalty.
4.5 Rewards
4.5.1 Rewards are unlocked at each tier and can be found within the Account page under ‘Rewards’ or via our marketing communications. For example:
(i) when you unlock Tier 2 you will receive a USD $10 reward (or local currency equivalent) to redeem against your next online purchase;
(ii) when you unlock Tier 3 you will receive a USD $15 reward (or local currency equivalent) to redeem against your next online purchase; and
(iii) when you unlock Tier 4 you will receive a USD $20 reward (or local currency equivalent) to redeem against your next online purchase.
4.5.2 We may offer special promotions where members can earn additional bonus points (subject to change).
4.5.3 We may release discount codes via your member account which may be redeemed against an online purchase. To apply a discount code please enter the discount code (and remember to click “apply”) where specified during the check-out process. Discount codes are valid for a limited period of time as specified in your account or relevant marketing communication; they cannot be used outside of that time period.
4.5.4 All rewards, discounts, offers and promotions made available to you via Gymshark Loyalty can only be redeemed online will be subject to our terms and conditions of sale. You can read these at https://support.gymshark.com/.
5. Gymshark Loyalty tiers
5.1 Gymshark Loyalty features 4 tiers a customer may climb by earning points.
5.2 Each tier offers their own benefits. Customers will be able to access tiers from the lower levels. For example, a customer in Tier 2 will still be able to access all benefits from Tier 1.

5.3 Tier Requalification. Members must maintain point threshold at the relevant tier to remain in that tier. Failure to earn the qualifying number of points after 12 months will result in a decrease in tier.
6. Suspension
6.1 Our rights to suspend your membership and/or Gymshark Loyalty. We may have to suspend your membership and/or Gymshark Loyalty to:
6.1.1 deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
6.1.2 update Gymshark Loyalty to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and/or
6.1.3 make changes to Gymshark Loyalty as notified by us to you.
7. Technical issues
While we strive to maintain continuous availability of Gymshark Loyalty, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Gymshark Loyalty may occasionally experience down time due to maintenance, updates, network issues, or unforeseen technical difficulties. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Gymshark Loyalty or any part of it at any time without notice. You are encouraged to report any technical problems you experience while using Gymshark Loyalty to gymshark.com/contact. While we will endeavour to resolve reported issues in a timely manner, we do not guarantee immediate fixes or responses to all technical issues.
8. Termination
8.1 Tell us you want to end your membership. To end your membership, select “opt out of Gymshark Loyalty” from the loyalty overview page via your account. To ask us any questions or in the unlikely event that you have any complaints about Gymshark Loyalty, please let us know by contacting our customer service team through our online form at gymshark.com/contact, through the support section or via any of the other options on our website or our app.
8.2 Our rights to end your membership. We may end your membership at any time by writing to you if we notice something unusual or suspect that Gymshark Loyalty or your membership account is the subject of improper use or fraudulent activity. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, get in touch with our customer service team through our online form at gymshark.com/contact and/or via the support section on our app.
8.3 Effect of termination. If you/we end your Gymshark Loyalty membership, associated data such as Gymshark Loyalty credits, XP points and rewards will be permanently erased from your account and cannot be recovered or transferred. You will also lose access to any features, benefits or content that were provided as part of Gymshark Loyalty.

10. Other important terms
