Why should I join Gymshark Loyalty?

Gymshark Loyalty rewards you for being a part of the Gymshark family. By joining, you'll be eligible to earn XP for interacting withy Gymshark such as through purchasing our latest 'fits, completing workouts in our Training App and so much more, unlocking new benefits at each Tier level as you progress through the programme.

And to make it even better, if you opt in before May 2025, we'll backdate your accrued XP for the whole of 2024, giving you a head start on topping up your points total!

What is XP?

XP is short for experience points that you’re rewarded with when you shop, share, and show up. The more XP you earn, the quicker you'll move up the Loyalty tiers, and new tiers unlocked means new rewards, just for you!

How can I earn XP?

There are many ways to earn XP when you interact with Gymshark, for example;

• Shop - Earn 50XP just for downloading our app as well as every qualifying purchase of new 'fits (for UK customers 10XP = £1, for US customers 8XP = $1 USD, for CA customers 6XP = $1 CAD, and for AU/NZ customers 5XP = $1 AUD).

• Share - Sign up for email marketing (toggle on in the App settings) to earn 25XP. If you're already signed up to emails, we'll add your points automatically for you

• Show Up - Download the Gymshark Training App to earn 50XP and and log your workouts for an extra 10XP up to 5 times a week for each workout completed. If you're already got our apps, we'll add your points automatically for you

What benefits do I receive as a Gymshark Loyalty member?

Benefits vary based on Tier level as Rewards get better and better each Tier level you progress. As our Loyalty programme grows we'll be adding bigger and better rewards to each tier over time, so start earning XP now to unlock your exclusive benefits!

How many point do I need to reach the next Tier?

There are 4 tier levels to climb, based off the amount of XP you've earned:

• Tier 1: 0-1249XP

• Tier 2: 1250-2999 XP

• Tier 3: 3000-4999 XP

• Tier 4: 5000+ XP

Where can I find my XP balance and Tier level?

Once opted into, you can view your XP balance by visiting your profile page, which can be found by clicking on the profile icon at the bottom right of our app, or the same icon at the top right of our website.

This will display your current XP balance, Tier level, rewards, how you've earned points and how close you are to unlocking the next tier.

Can XP be redeemed?

Experience Points are not redeemable against monetary value. XP is what you earn when you shop, share and show up. Growing your XP balance unlocks new benefits and rewards based on your tier status.

Do I lose XP if I make a return?

XP is earned on an item-by-item level, meaning XP will be deducted from your account if you return that item. However, if your order qualified you for a new tier level due to the XP you've gained, the points deduction won't bump you down into the previous tier when you make a return. Instead you will remain at that Tier meaning you'll still benefit from the rewards and benefits that tier provides.

When will new XP earned show on my XP balance?

Newly earned XP will usually show in your account balance within 30 minutes, however it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to show depending on how you earned the XP. If you're expecting XP that isn't showing up, please allow up to 24 hours for this to show. If you're still experience any issues, please let us know.

Does XP expire?

Yes. If you don't earn any new XP within a 12 month period, your XP will expire, and your XP balance will revert back to 0XP.

How long do I keep my Tier level status?

Once you've unlocked a new tier level, you'll maintain that tier status for a year. If you don't earn enough XP to move up to the next Tier level within the next 12 months, you'll drop down to a lower tier.
