All mutual ferry's are blocked in the Finnish harbour.

There will also be new collections releasing at the start of the sale and these products will not be discounted.

If you place multiple orders during the campaign, we cannot combine them. Each order will be dispatched separately.
During the launch of the sale, you won't be able to log into your Gymshark account. This means you won't be able to view your order history or use pre-saved shipping address. Don't worry though, you'll still be able to view any orders made on your account during the sale once this is enabled.
We will be removing some payment methods during the sale. This is to ensure Gymshark is able to offer the best experience for our customers. The following payment methods will be available throughout the sale; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions of this offer during the promotional period. Please refer to our social media platforms for updates.
Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order confirmed.
We are unable to make any changes to orders once they have been placed, this includes adding / changing items, delivery & shipping addresses, shipping method. During the initial launch of the sale the cancellation button will be removed due to the volume of orders, we expect this period to last several hours.
Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be despatched in separate packages. If this is the case, your package could be despatched on different working days. You will receive an email notifying you of any changes to your order as well as tracking information.
If an item(s) you have ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded, and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order(s). Refunds will take up to 3-5 working days to be processed.
We try & dispatch orders on a 'First in first out' basis. However, due to warehouse processes we're not always able to do this. There's a chance that if you place multiple orders during the campaign the oldest order may not be dispatched first.
If you place multiple orders during the campaign, we cannot combine them, each order will be dispatched separately.
Gift cards are available for purchase during the campaign but will not be offered at the discounted rate.
Express shipping will not be an option during Blackout. Due to the volume of orders we will only be offering a standard shipping service.

Tracking may take up to 48 working hours to activate, once you have received your shipping confirmation email.
Up to 70% will be discounted to selected products, excluding gift cards.
The only additional discount that can be used is student discount. If Gymshark offers student discount in your country, then you can apply for it through Student Beans.
Please note that we will be releasing new collections at the beginning of the sale. These will remain at a non-discounted price throughout.
Availability of items is subject to stock availability.
All orders made during Blackout, and in the run-up until Christmas will qualify for an extended return. This will allow you to return your order, for a refund up until January 31st. Any orders made outside of this period will be subject to our normal 30-day returns policy.
All returns must be registered through our return’s portal. This is to ensure the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible. Don’t forget to include your ‘keep me safe inside’ label which you’ll find in your package.
