Good to Know:

  • Paying with Klarna means entering into a credit agreement with Klarna. It is subject to approval. You must be 18+ and terms apply.

  • Missed or late payments may affect your credit status and ability to use Klarna in the future.

  • Late payment fees may apply.

  • If you return an item, contact Klarna as soon as possible, as they may be able to pause or adjust your payments while your return is processed. Returning an item doesn't automatically cancel your Klarna credit agreement.

UK customers

  • Klarna’s Pay in 3 and Pay later in 30 days are provided by Klarna Financial Services UK Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for regulated consumer credit activities (firm reference number 987889).

  • Klarna will check whether the credit is affordable for you before approving it.

  • Missed or late payments may be reported to credit reference agencies. This could affect your credit file and your ability to get credit in future.

  • As these are regulated credit agreements, you have certain rights. You can withdraw from the credit agreement within 14 days. This doesn't cancel your purchase, and you'll need to repay the credit to Klarna.

  • If Klarna can't resolve a complaint, you may be able to take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. See Klarna’s terms for details.

Klarna refund FAQs

What should I do if my refund is delayed?

If your refund is delayed, it may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your Klarna account after Gymshark processes the return. If the delay persists, contact Klarna for further assistance.

Will I receive a confirmation from Klarna after my refund is processed?

Yes, Klarna will send you a confirmation message once your refund is processed and your payment plan is updated.

Can I pause my Klarna payment plan while waiting for a refund?

If you haven’t paid in full, you may be able to pause your Klarna payments until the refund is processed, so you're not paying for items you've sent back. You can do this in the Klarna app by selecting the order and tapping 'Report a problem', or by contacting Klarna. Returning an item doesn't by itself cancel your Klarna credit agreement.

What happens if I open a chargeback with Klarna?

If you open a chargeback with Klarna, we won't issue a separate refund while the chargeback is open, so you aren't refunded twice. Klarna will handle the dispute. This doesn't affect your legal rights against Gymshark, including any right to cancel or get a refund.

Why is my Klarna payment plan still active after I chose a gift card as compensation?

If you choose a gift card as compensation, your Klarna payment plan stays active because no refund has been issued to your original payment method. If you'd prefer a refund, we can cancel an unused gift card and process the refund back to Klarna. Choosing or using a gift card doesn't affect your legal rights.
