Our mission is to be a place where everyone belongs.
We’re working today, for tomorrow, to continually improve our Pay Gap statistics. By building an inclusive culture, we’ll make sure we offer equal opportunities for those already working at Gymshark, as well as doing more to welcome people of all genders, cultures and backgrounds to all roles and levels.
This is the third year of reporting both our Gender Pay Gap and our Ethnicity Pay Gap. Whilst it isn’t a legal obligation for us to report on our Ethnicity Pay Gap, we want to be transparent. That’s why we’re also working to explore other Pay Gaps in the future, too.
