1. Offer valid for orders placed via your regional store on Gymshark.com, or the Gymshark app, or in our Regent Street, London store between 00:01AM Monday 3rd June and 23:59pm Monday 10 June 2024 UTC (Thu 30th May at 1:01am BST - Tue 11th Jun at 00:59 am BST / Thu 30th May 10:01am AEST - Tue 11th Jun 9:59am AEST).

2. The discount code must be redeemed on a new order placed on Gymshark.com, the Gymshark app or in our Regent Street, London Store, and is only valid between 4pm Thursday 27 June 2024 and 11:59pm Wednesday 31 July 2024 BST. If in Australia or New Zealand it is valid from 9am Thursday 27 June 2024 and 11:59pm Wednesday 31 July 2024 BST.

3. To redeem the discount code via the regional store on which you placed your order, enter the discount code in the box indicated at the online checkout, click ‘apply’ and pay for your order. To redeem in store, speak to a member of the team at checkout.

4. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Only one discount code per customer.

5. The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotional and/or discount codes and is not available for staff of Gymshark Ltd or any of its group companies.

6. The discount code does not apply to delivery charges. Please check relevant delivery terms and conditions online.

7. Orders are subject to stock availability.

8. The discount code is territory/store specific, cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

9. By redeeming the discount code, you agree to be bound by Gymshark’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.

10. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid (the discount applied between the goods proportionately). This does not affect your statutory rights. A discount code will not be applied to items subsequently replaced.

11. Gymshark reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its reasonable opinion, a discount code is invalid for the order being placed or is the subject of fraudulent activity.

12. Gymshark reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or withdraw a promotion at any time on reasonable notice.

13. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
