What & When

Our Unity Day Campaign starts on 3rd October 2021 at 11:00 CET and is available to customers through our Germany and Austria store. We’re offering 20% off a new order (on selected lines – new releases aren’t included). Check out our Blog for some recommendations on our most loved styles! Just so you’re aware, we can amend the T&Cs at any point during the sale!

Your basket

Keep in mind, adding an item to your basket does not reserve the stock for final checkout, so purchase what you want before it’s gone!

Your order

The 20% discount is automatically applied to selected items on our store so you can just click and your order’s good to go!

If you have a separate discount code, such as student or newsletter sign-up discount, this is valid and can be used in conjunction with your order the usual way in the discount box at checkout.

Unfortunately, we can’t make any changes to orders once they’ve been placed – this includes adding or changing items, your delivery and shipping address, or your shipping method.

However, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. Do this via the order confirmation or by logging into your account.

Getting your order to you

Depending on stock availability in our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages. If this happens, the packages could be sent out on different working days. No worries, though - you’ll receive an email to let you know about any changes to your order, and it will come with all info you need to track your parcels.

With the sale starting on a Sunday, our warehouse team will begin to ship out orders the following day, Monday 4th October after which normal shipping times will apply.

We’re all about fairness and try to dispatch orders on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. But sometimes, due to behind-the-scenes stuff at our warehouses, we can’t always do this. There's a chance that if you place multiple orders during the sale, the first order may not necessarily be dispatched first.

If you were loving the sale and did place multiple orders, each order will be dispatched separately (in other words, we won’t be able to combine them).

Out of stock items

If one or more items you’ve ordered go out of stock (annoying, we know!), they’ll be refunded, and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. Rest assured, we’ll let you know of any changes to your order via email. Just make a note that refunds can take up to 5 working days.

Gift cards

Oh, and one last thing - gift cards are still available for purchase during the sale but won’t be offered at the discounted rate.
