Some tips for you: adding an item to your cart – unfortunately - does not reserve the stock for your final checkout, and if you place multiple orders during the campaign, we can’t combine them and so each order will be dispatched separately.

We’ll be removing some payment methods during the go-live of the sale, just to ensure we’re able to offer the best experience for everyone. All of these methods will be available throughout the sale: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. iDeal will be available to use on the Gymshark Netherlands store and Afterpay will be available to use on the Gymshark Australian store. If you’d like to check if a different payment method will be available for you at go-live, just reach out to our Customer Support Team who will be more than happy to help.  


Adding an item to your cart – unfortunately - does not reserve the stock for your final checkout, so you’ll want to get to checkout sharpish! 

We’re unable to make any changes to orders once they have been placed, including adding/changing items, delivery & shipping addresses and shipping method.

If you’re able to, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it via the order confirmation or by logging into your account. If you’re unable to do this (and you’d like to cancel your order), then reach out to our Customer Support Team. Where possible, we’ll try and action a cancellation – but we can’t promise this will always be possible.

Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages. If this happens, your package could be dispatched on different working days. You’ll receive an email to let you know of any changes to your order, as well as all the tracking information you’ll need.

If an item(s) you’ve ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded, and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. We’ll let you know of any changes to your order(s) with an email. Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days.

We try & dispatch orders on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. However, due to behind the scenes stuff at our warehouses, we’re not always able to do this. There’s a chance that if you place multiple orders during the sale, the first order may not be dispatched first. If you place multiple orders during the sale, we can’t combine them; each order will be dispatched separately.

Gift cards are available for purchase during the campaign but will not be offered at the discounted rate. 


Express shipping will be available during our sale. Your shipping estimate will apply from the point of dispatch, so bear in mind that dispatch of your order can take up to 5 working days from the order date.

Tracking may take up to 48 working hours to activate once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email.

Previously, customers have experienced queues on these websites at the time of launch. To avoid this and losing out on getting your sale picks, get your code ready earlier in the day (up to 24 hours before with Student Beans).


All orders currently have a 90 day returns period and we aren’t changing that for this sale. This means if you grab an order on June 7th, you’d have until the 6th of September to register any unwanted items for return.
