To make things as seamless as possible (pun intended - we're looking at you, Vital), we've compiled a list of FAQs, so you can just focus on getting the goods. Check 'em out below.
WHEN DOES THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE START?
Our Black Friday Sale will start on Thursday 17th November 2022, at 7pm AEST for our Australian region and 4pm GMT for all other regions* (8am PST, 9am MST, 10am CST & 11am EST for North American regions).

*Sale begins in-store at 10am Friday 18th November.
As for when it ends? We don't have an end date just yet, but we can promise that you'll have to get yours fast.
WHICH ITEMS WILL BE DISCOUNTED DURING THE SALE

THERE IS A QUEUE AT CHECKOUT, SHALL I REFRESH THE PAGE?
There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line.
We know, it's annoying... but please be patient with us and we'll get you through as quickly as possible!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HEAR FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT?
We understand that you might have a few extra questions or experience an issue during the Sale which will result in you sending a message to our wonderful Customer Support Team.
When doing so, please ensure that you include as much information about your query in your first message, and reply to any bot questions we may ask you, so that your query is passed to our awesome human agents as quickly as possible.
Please note that things get super busy for us around this time of year, so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't panic - we'll be working round the clock to answer your DMs and e-mails pronto.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO USE DURING THE GYMSHARK SALE?
We'll be removing some payment methods during the go-live of the sale to ensure we're able to offer the best experience for everyone. Want to know what will and won't be on during the initial sale launch? Check the deets below.
Klarna will be available to use on the following stores for the duration of The Gymshark Sale:
Klarna won't be available to use on the Australian store during the first few hours of The Gymshark Black Friday Sale, however will be available to use as an alternative payment method once checkout queues have calmed.
Afterpay/Clearpay won't be available to use on the US, Canada or UK Gymshark store during the first few hours of The Gymshark Sale, however will be available to use as an alternative payment method once checkout queues have calmed.
It will however, be available to use on the Gymshark Australia & New Zealand store for the duration of the Sale.
iDEAL will be available to use on the Gymshark Netherlands store for the duration of The Gymshark Sale.
Paybright won't be available to use on our Gymshark Canada store during the first few days of The Gymshark Sale, however will be available to use as an alternative payment once checkout queues have calmed.
All other forms of payment will be available as normal, however, if you'd like to check if a different payment method will be available for you at go-live, reach out to our Customer Support Team who will be more than happy to help!

If items are marked FINAL SALE on our US & Canadian stores, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.
I'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER; CAN I CHANGE IT?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address, or shipping method. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self-service options once your order has been dispatched.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to increased traffic on our US and UK web-stores, orders placed during the first hour of the sale will be ineligible for cancellation. After the first hour of the sale, orders placed on the US and UK stores will revert to our standard cancellation policy.
Please note that all orders placed during this time will be eligible for return: for more info, check out our 'Returns Policy’ FAQ page.
All other regions will be able to cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it, if needed. You can do this by locating the order in your account section or order confirmation email and hitting the 'cancel order' button.
I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS; CAN I COMBINE THEM?
If you have placed multiple online orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately.
I'M MISSING SOME ITEMS IN MY ORDER...
Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your online order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don't worry! You'll receive an email from our Customer Support Team, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case.
If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded, and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email. Please note that refunds can between 5-7 business days.
I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, BUT ONLY ONE HAS ARRIVED?!
Don't worry! Due to behind the scenes operations, we don't always dispatch orders on a first in first out basis, so it may be that you're still waiting for one of your orders.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
There's a chance that if you place multiple orders during the Sale, your second order may be dispatched and delivered before your first.
Rest assured, we're working to get your order(s) to you as quickly as we can - just keep an eye on your inbox for your shipment emails!
CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT ON AN ITEM I'VE ALREADY PURCHASED?
As an online retailer, our prices will occasionally change depending on demand, stock levels and sales. This does mean that items can change price after you've purchased them.
Unfortunately, we're unable to adjust any prices, or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price for any purchases that may have been made before the beginning of the sale.
CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD DURING THE SALE?
Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during the Black Friday Sale, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate.
WILL EXPRESS SHIPPING BE AVAILABLE DURING THE GYMSHARK SALE?
During The Gymshark Black Friday Sale we won't be able to offer our normal speedy service of getting your order to you, due to the volume of orders we receive. This might also mean we won't be able to offer express shipping to all locations.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE ONCE I'VE ORDERED FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow up to 14 days for your order to ship before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.
FYI: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.
Discounts in The Gymshark Black Friday Sale will be up to 60% off selected items throughout gymshark.com and at our store on Regent Street, London. Please note that given stock, discounts and inventory will vary across stores.

CAN I USE MY STUDENT, APPRENTICE AND SERVICE DISCOUNT DURING THE SALE?
Absolutely! During the Sale, students, apprentices, and public service personnel can obtain a 10%* discount (which can be used on top of the sale discount), from our partners.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM THE GYMSHARK SALE?
Yes! However, please note;
All items marked FINAL SALE on our US & Canadian stores will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit.
We're unable to accept online returns at our London store during the Sale.
