When will I receive my reward?

You should receive an email within a few minutes of your friend placing their first order £50/$50+ at gymshark.com*.

How many rewards can I get?

There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer! Share your referral link with as many people as you like, and you'll receive the reward for each of them that place their first order of £50/$50+... so get sharing!*

Do I still get my reward if my friend cancels?

If your friend places an order, but then cancels the order, neither you or your friend will qualify for the reward. Only completed purchases, for new customers, £50/$50+ will qualify for a reward.

When does my code expire?

Refer a friend codes have a 60-day expiry from the date of issue, so be quick!

Why doesn't my code work?

Only one code can be entered at checkout at one time, therefore if you've already used another code, you'll be unable to add your refer a friend code. Refer a friend codes are unable to be stacked as a result.

What does my friend need to do with the referral link?

All your friend needs to do is click on the referral link you send them, enter their email address, and they'll receive an email with their discount code to use on their first order of £50/$50+ with us.

Why haven't I received my reward, even though my friend has purchased using my referral code?

If your referred friend has placed their order but you're still waiting for your reward, it's likely for one of the following reasons;

1. They used a different email to place their order compared to the email address they used to claim their reward. If this is the case, your accounts won't have automatically linked. Please send us a message and we can look into this for you.

2. Your friend used the 'Been referred by a friend' button at checkout but entered your name differently to how you're registered with us in the system, meaning your accounts won't be linked. Please send us a message and we can get this sorted for you.

3. You've been that successful at referring friends, you've reached the threshold for the amount of rewards you can receive in a set time period. Please see the full Terms & Conditions.

Can I refer a friend that has already purchased from Gymshark?

Our refer a friend programme is only for new customers, therefore, if you refer a customer that has already shopped at Gymshark, neither you or your friend will be eligible to receive the reward.

Your friend must be a new Gymshark customer, use the unique referral link you’ve sent them and have placed their first order £50/$50+ to qualify for a reward.

I've been referred by a friend, how do I redeem?

There are 2 easy ways to redeem your discount code sent to you by your friend;

1. Use the link sent to you by your friend to claim your discount code to use on your first order with us, or;

2. Add your fave 'fits to your basket and click on the 'Been referred by a friend?' link at checkout to enter the name of the friend that referred you to retrieve your code.

Why doesn't my code work?

Your code will only be accepted if the value of the items in your basket is £50/$50 or more, excluding shipping.
