HOW TO MEASURE FOR MEN'S TOPS & HOODIES
To find your ideal fit for t-shirts, hoodies, and other upper body wear, take these three simple measurements:
CHEST– Measure the full circumference of your chest, around 2.5cm below the underarm.
WAIST – Measure the full circumference at the narrowest or smallest part of your waist.
HIPS – Measure the full circumference at the widest or fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape straight and level.

For joggers, shorts and other bottoms, follow these steps to measure accurately:
WAIST – Measure around the narrowest/smallest point of your waist.
HIPS – Measure around the widest or fullest point of your hips.
INSIDE LEG – Measure from your crotch down to your ankle to get the full length of your inner leg.
