Depending on your location, Klarna offers different ways to pay:
UK & SELECT COUNTRIES
Pay later in 30 days – Try before you buy.
Pay in 3 interest-free instalments – One part-payment at checkout, with two more due at 30 and 60 days.
USA
Pay in 4 interest-free instalments – Each instalment is taken every 2 weeks.
All payment options are interest-free when paid on time!
GOOD TO KNOWS:
Klarna is a credit agreement and is subject to approval. You must be 18+ and terms apply.
Missed or late payments may affect your credit status and ability to use Klarna in the future.
Late payment fees may apply.
If you return an item, Gymshark can’t amend your Klarna invoice. We recommend contacting Klarna directly – they may be able to pause payments while your return is processed.
Klarna’s Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days options are unregulated credit agreements in the UK.
US customers: Monthly financing is provided by WebBank, member FDIC.

Yes, Klarna will send you a confirmation message once your refund is processed and your payment plan is updated.

Yes, if you haven’t paid the full invoice, you can pause your Klarna payment plan until the refund is processed. This ensures you only pay for the items you keep.
What happens if I open a chargeback with Klarna?
What happens if I open a chargeback with Klarna?
If you open a chargeback with Klarna, the refund cannot be issued by Gymshark while the chargeback is open. Klarna will handle the dispute and any refund.

Why is my Klarna payment plan still active after I chose a gift card as compensation?
If you select a gift card as compensation, your Klarna payment plan remains active because no refund is issued to your original payment method. If you prefer a refund instead of a gift card, the gift card can be cancelled, and a refund can be processed back to Klarna. If the gift card has been spent, we will no longer be able to process a refund back to your orignal payment method.
