When's the sale?

Above are the start times internationally for our 24-hour sale on June 25th. If you’re still unsure when it’s starting for you, then get in touch and we’ll let you know!

My items just sold out

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it for checkout. We also won't be restocking any items during the sale. Once items are gone, they're gone!

Why can't I log into my account?

During the launch of the sale, you won't be able to log into your Gymshark account. This means you won't be able to view your order history or use pre-saved shipping address. Don't worry though, you'll still be able to view any orders made on your account during the sale once this is turned back on.

What payment methods can i use?

We will be removing some payment methods during the sale. This is so we’re able to offer the best experience for our customers.

These payment methods WILL be available for the sale; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions of this offer during the promotional period. Please refer to our social media platforms for updates.

Adding an item to your cart, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. The item is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order confirmed. 

We’re unable to make any changes to orders once they have been placed, this includes adding / changing items, delivery & shipping addresses and the shipping method. During the initial launch of the sale the cancellation button will be removed due to the volume of orders, we expect this period to last several hours. 

Due to item availability within our warehouses, your order may be despatched in separate packages. If this is the case, your package could be despatched on different working days. You will receive an email notifying you of any changes to your order as well as tracking information. 

If an item(s) you have ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded, and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order(s). Refunds will take up to 3-5 working days to be processed. 

We try & dispatch orders on a 'First in first out' basis. However, due to warehouse processes we're not always able to do this. Meaning if you place multiple orders during the campaign the oldest order may not be dispatched first. 

If you place multiple orders during the campaign, we cannot combine them, each order will be dispatched separately. 

Gift cards are available for purchase during the campaign but will not be offered at the discounted rate. 


Normal shipping estimates apply from the point of dispatch. Please refer to our Delivery Information FAQ page for further details. 

Tracking may take up to 48 working hours to activate, once you have received your shipping confirmation email. 


Up to 50% will be discounted to selected products, excluding gift cards.    

The only additional discount that can be used is student & service discount. See our discounts FAQ page for more information on this.

Availability of items is subject to stock availability.  


Our returns time of 90 days will apply for items purchased in the sale. If you want to know more, check out our Returns Policy.
